Using this website does not make you a customer of MetisShield. Nothing here is an offer that can be accepted by using the form. Prices are labeled “Proposed — pending validation of hosting and staffing cost.” Coverage is “Continuous automated monitoring, with on-call response.” A future master services agreement, order form, and responsibility matrix replace this page. They do not exist yet.

Counsel should expect to cover at least the following. This list is an agenda, not terms:

• What is being monitored, on which systems, during which hours.
• What “critical” means, and that the 60-minute acknowledge target is not a service level until a contract says it is.
• Who may isolate a host or disable an account.
• Customer duties: keep agents installed, name a contact, own backups, own notifications to clients or patients.
• Data processing, including logs that may contain personal data, and a business associate agreement before any healthcare work.
• Limitation of liability, insurance, term, termination, and how a pilot ends.
• A statement that open-source software is used without affiliation or endorsement.

Until those documents exist, do not send production data, and do not describe MetisShield to an insurer as something the website does not say.
